The West Indies Baptist Fellowship Conference Was founded by missionary Dr. Ray Thompson and his wife, Jean. In 1961, Dr. Thompson established the West Indies Baptist Fellowship Conference (WIBFC) with the first conference being hosted on the island of St. John, USVI in January 1962. The conference was initiated to foster unity, fellowship, and partnership among churches in the region who would have much in common in terms of heritage, social experiences, and challenges. The WIBF conference is not a denomination; every church is an independent self-governing body. As the name designates, it is a fellowship of Baptist churches that have joined hearts and hands to accomplish the task given by Christ to His church in a better and faster way. Life has a way of rocking our world in a variety of ways. There are times we find strength and there are times we become despondent, perplexed, or we are even mad at God. These feelings can become so overwhelming they affect our relationship with God and those around us, whether it is the children we parent, our marriages, extended family, church family, or even ourselves. We can feel helpless and defeated leading to isolation. We are not the only persons who experienced this. There are great men of God like Elijah (1 Kings 17-19), David (Psalm 28, 42, etc).
Paul says this to Timothy in 2 Timothy 4:13, “When you come bring the cloak which I left at Troas with Carpus, and the books, especially the parchments. 14 Alexander the coppersmith did me much harm; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds. 15 Be on guard against him yourself, for he vigorously opposed our teaching. 16 At my first defense no one supported me, but all deserted me; may it not be counted against them. 17 But the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me, in order that through me the proclamation might be fully accomplished, and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the lion’s mouth. 18 The Lord will deliver me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.” (NASB)

The A.N.E.W. Ministry (Affirming, Nurturing, and Encouraging Women) is a part of the Women’s Ministry at Living Word Fellowship Church. A.N.E.W. focuses on providing a community of love and support to women struggling with the decision to have an abortion or the guilt of having had an abortion.
The mission of A.N.E.W. is to provide love, compassion, and a safe space for women pained by unintended pregnancies, pregnancy terminations, or indecision over whether or not to end a pregnancy. We affirm, nurture, and encourage those seeking hope, forgiveness, and healing.

The West Indies Baptist Fellowship Conference Was founded by missionary Dr. Ray Thompson and his wife, Jean. In 1961, Dr. Thompson established the West Indies Baptist Fellowship Conference (WIBFC) with the first conference being hosted on the island of St. John, USVI in January 1962. The conference was initiated to foster unity, fellowship, and partnership among churches in the region who would have much in common in terms of heritage, social experiences, and challenges. The WIBF conference is not a denomination; every church is an independent self-governing body. As the name designates, it is a fellowship of Baptist churches that have joined hearts and hands to accomplish the task given by Christ to His church in a better and faster way. Life has a way of rocking our world in a variety of ways. There are times we find strength and there are times we become despondent, perplexed, or we are even mad at God. These feelings can become so overwhelming they affect our relationship with God and those around us, whether it is the children we parent, our marriages, extended family, church family, or even ourselves. We can feel helpless and defeated leading to isolation. We are not the only persons who experienced this. There are great men of God like Elijah (1 Kings 17-19), David (Psalm 28, 42, etc).
Paul says this to Timothy in 2 Timothy 4:13, “When you come bring the cloak which I left at Troas with Carpus, and the books, especially the parchments. 14 Alexander the coppersmith did me much harm; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds. 15 Be on guard against him yourself, for he vigorously opposed our teaching. 16 At my first defense no one supported me, but all deserted me; may it not be counted against them. 17 But the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me, in order that through me the proclamation might be fully accomplished, and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the lion’s mouth. 18 The Lord will deliver me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.” (NASB)

This series is designed to encourage and empower us, so that our trials, whether they come through parenting, marriage, singleness, job-related etc., move us to experience and intimate relationship with God so we learn that He “Never Fails”.

The A.N.E.W. Ministry (Affirming, Nurturing, and Encouraging Women) is a part of the Women’s Ministry at Living Word Fellowship Church. A.N.E.W. focuses on providing a community of love and support to women struggling with the decision to have an abortion or the guilt of having had an abortion.
The mission of A.N.E.W. is to provide love, compassion, and a safe space for women pained by unintended pregnancies, pregnancy terminations, or indecision over whether or not to end a pregnancy. We affirm, nurture, and encourage those seeking hope, forgiveness, and healing.

The West Indies Baptist Fellowship Conference Was founded by missionary Dr. Ray Thompson and his wife, Jean. In 1961, Dr. Thompson established the West Indies Baptist Fellowship Conference (WIBFC) with the first conference being hosted on the island of St. John, USVI in January 1962. The conference was initiated to foster unity, fellowship, and partnership among churches in the region who would have much in common in terms of heritage, social experiences, and challenges. The WIBF conference is not a denomination; every church is an independent self-governing body. As the name designates, it is a fellowship of Baptist churches that have joined hearts and hands to accomplish the task given by Christ to His church in a better and faster way. Life has a way of rocking our world in a variety of ways. There are times we find strength and there are times we become despondent, perplexed, or we are even mad at God. These feelings can become so overwhelming they affect our relationship with God and those around us, whether it is the children we parent, our marriages, extended family, church family, or even ourselves. The A.N.E.W. Ministry (Affirming, Nurturing, and Encouraging Women) is a part of the Women’s Ministry at Living Word Fellowship Church. A.N.E.W. focuses on providing a community of love and support to women struggling with the decision to have an abortion or the guilt of having had an abortion.
The mission of A.N.E.W. is to provide love, compassion, and a safe space for women pained by unintended pregnancies, pregnancy terminations, or indecision over whether or not to end a pregnancy. We affirm, nurture, and encourage those seeking hope, forgiveness, and healing.
Affirming: We value each woman’s worth by intentionally coming alongside her to give comfort in time of need .
Nurturing: We foster spiritual growth through small groups, mentorship, and counseling.
Encouraging: We offer emotional support and connections with ministries and resources to meet specific needs.
Women: We support women of all ethnicities, ages, and backgrounds and their families.
