The First Step to A Successful Event
The LWFC Facilities department is ready to assist you and your ministry volunteers with your next event or activity. In order to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible, please take the time to read through these guidelines.
Important: Completing and submitting this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE that it is accepted. Someone from facilities will contact you either via phone or email to let you know whether your facilities request has been approved.
- Be sure to complete this form at least 30 days in advance of your event
- Your Associate Pastor must approve this event before we will process your request
- Please provide as much detail as possible
- Your event request must include a prep/setup time estimate
Your request will be cancelled or voided if the day/time is not available or there is a scheduling conflict with another ministry event. We will notify you and give you an opportunity to resubmit your request.
If your Associate Pastor has not approved your request prior to submission, the request will be voided.
If your event or activity is cancelled by you, please notify Sameka Scott immediately via email or contact the church administrative office during normal business hours.
